**1. Services:**
Snow will be removed within 12 hours of 1” accumlation. Durning snowstorms, we work around the clock. If we are at your property between the hours of 9pm and 7am, we will refrain from use of loud equipment.
**2. Silver & Gold package :**
If you have chosen Silver or Gold as your preferred package, we will show up bi-weekly to complete all other services.

Invoices are prepaid on the 1st of each month. If there is a “Rain Out” that month and we are unable to fit you in later that week, that week’s prepaid payment will be carried over to the next month as credit.
